As a member of the Acal PLC group of companies, ATM Parts Co is a member of the Acal Parts Services Group.

Acal Parts Services Group

The Parts Services Division of ACAL plc is dedicated to providing Pan-European Computing, ATM and EPOS spare parts to Field Service Organisations.

Working with OEMs such as HP, Lexmark, Diebold, Minolta, Xerox, Compaq, IBM, Sony, Siemens, etc., we provide innovative spare parts management solutions.

As well as offering spare parts on demand and “planned to usage” stock holdings, the Group currently provides “Vendor Owned Inventory” solutions (VOI).

VOI means that our Field Service customers do not need to own service stock. Ownership of current stock is transferred to us and clients order from our multi-stock locations.

We also work with OEMs on warranty management solutions and parts planning.

Currently there are three EAF Companies based in France, Germany, and the UK. CPI is based in Nottingham, UK and ATM Parts Co based in Camberley, UK.

EAF supply PC, low-end server and printer spare parts to all the major Service Organisations in Europe. They are specialists in all the leading brands including Compaq, Dell, Toshiba, IBM, Lexmark, Minolta and HP.

EAF also sells refurbished leading brand Laptops.

CPI are specialists in mid-range and high-end Computing. They have an extensive clean room where all the leading brand machines are kept running. Spare parts are provided for and tested on these machines and supplied to their contracted, Field Service Organisation, clients.

CPI also has EPOS and Multi-Vendor Printer divisions.
