ATM Parts Co Ltd, a division of Acal’s IT Parts Services group, announces the opening of it’s new European Repair Centre in Camberley, England.

The new facility will be actively addressing the Emergency Repair demands that have become an increasing requirement within the ATM industry. The multi-vendor maintainers are currently experiencing specific repair issues and are looking for a flexible, quality partner to provide an expedite service identifying a customized solution that can be promptly implemented to resolve the situation.

With the opening of their new 6,000 square feet Engineering Centre of Excellence, within their European Distribution Centre, ATM Parts Co will be able to service the demands from customers for:

• 4th Party Depot Repairs
• Serial No Tracking
• Advanced Exchange
• Consignment Stock
• Refurbishment – Module & Machine
• Decommissioning & Machine Strip Down
• Training
• Consultancy

across the majority of NCR, Diebold and Wincor machines.

Kate Scott, Engineering Manager at ATM Parts Co summarised “This is an exciting time for both us and our customers. We will be offering full engineering services to meet our customer’s requirements, from repair to complete refurbishment and training on NCR, Wincor and Diebold ATMs. Due to customer demand we are also able to offer a decommissioning and strip down service to customer specification.”
