We strive to maintain the skill set of our highly trained engineering staff, by utilising an in house training and review system, which is closely monitored to ensure these standards are met.

Research & Development

The Engineering ‘Centre of Excellence’ is responsible for the research and development of equivalents parts. Our engineers also review repairs to profile any early life failures or parts with design obsolescence, allowing us to identify and offer parts to customers that experience a longer product life cycle.

Value Added Service

The Engineering ‘Centre of Excellence’ allows ATM Parts Co to develop high quality replacements for consumable spare parts from manufacturers such as NCR, Diebold and Wincor, based on actual market requirements, which offer an economical advantage to the user. In addition it also allows ATM Parts Co to offer repairable units, which can be maintained rather than replaced by potentially expensive modules.
