• From our European Repair Centre ATM Parts Co provides in and out of warranty, high quality, cost effective NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATM repair and refurbishment to satisfy our customers requirements. We offer refurbishment services for the major ATM manufacturers' modules, including NCR, Diebold and Wincor.
• Our Technical Specialists' and Engineers' training on the NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATM products ensures that all modules are repaired to the very highest standard. Each NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATM module is returned in an "as new" condition, with all worn parts replaced with new.

2. Advanced Exchange

• We can offer many NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATM modules on an advance exchange basis, enabling you to maximise repair performance whilst minimising costs.
• These modules are typically high usage NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATM items such as CRT assemblies, printers, keyboards, and dispensers. All repairs are warranty backed.

3. Engineering Centre of Excellence

• NCR ATM Training courses are based on a maximum student/teacher ratio of 6:1 to provide focus and individual attention. Supported by course notes and documentation your engineers will be able to start maintenance immediately after the course.
• NCR, Diebold and Wincor Support - At the beginning of your contract we can offer full technical telephone support, to maintain continuity and encourage development.
• Consultancy - We can provide consultancy to companies wishing to maintain new NCR, Diebold and Wincor ATM products or to companies not yet established in ATM support. Our product specialisation allows us to pass on in-depth knowledge of the general marketplace, maintenance strategies, and parts requirements.
